That’s why we built our Brewpub in a historic tavern once frequented by Cleveland Safety Director Eliot Ness, who employed co-owners Patrick and Daniel Conway’s mother as his stenographer. Let the sweet caramel malt flavors of Eliot Ness Amber Lager warm your insides, and maybe then you’ll be compelled to do some good deeds too. Like sharing your 6-pack, for instance. Just kidding. From the Brewer – “Brewer Anton Dreher and his family were solely responsible for a brewing empire that included Vienna, Bohemia, Budapest, and Trieste in 1796; Dreher perfected this Vienna style lager around 1841. Rich, fragrant malt flavors balanced by crisp noble hops.”

This “mutt” of a beer is fantastic on its own yet pairs wonderfully with California rolls, chicken or turkey sandwiches and peppery cheeses.
