From the Brewer – “When our founder began brewing back in 1888 a few things were different, like the significantly lighter grains he used in his first IPA (we agree – he sure was ahead of his time brewing IPAs back then).
The lighter grains resulted in a noticeably lighter color in the beer, which allows the hop flavor to shine through. We’ve re-crafted his original creation, staying true to his technique, but we’ve modernized the recipe with the most innovative hops available today.
We’re proud to share over 125 years of brewing expertise with you: our Legacy IPA.”
