Otter Creek Overgrown American Pale Ale

Otter-Creek-Overgrown-American-Pale-Ale

What’s up with all these floaties, man?

Overgrown, our brand new fall seasonal, is an unfiltered American pale ale. Because it’s unfiltered, a layer of sediment might form at the bottom of the bottles.

Whether you call them floaties or pulp, the sediment in your bottle is protein, hop tannins, yeast and all the goodness you get from an all natural brewing process. This sediment is completely neutral and won’t affect the flavor of the brew.

While we understand this unfiltered look might not be aesthetically appealing to everyone, we believe that leaving our brews unfiltered allows us to create beers that are true-to-style and full of flavor.

If you prefer a clearer option, consider slowly pouring into a glass and allowing the sediment to settle at the bottom of  the bottle. Either way, we hope you’ll raise a glass with us and enjoy the bountiful flavors and aromas of our hoppy creations.

From the Brewer – “A big American pale ale overgrown with all the American hops we could dig up.

Dripping with dank, American hop flavors and aromas,Overgrown is balanced by a subtle, sweet malt backbone that takes a back seat to the bountiful hop additions. A celebration of the hop-growing season, this one will tangle up your taste buds.”
