Brush and Barrel Series: The Brush and Barrel Series is Long Trail’s newest line of limited release ales. Each brew is specially crafted by Long Trail’s Brewmaster and brewed in small batches that reflect a variety of styles. We have partnered with local artists who’s work will be featured on Brush and Barrel bottle labels and packaging. In turn, our brewers will be brewing the featured beer with the artist who created the beautiful imagery for the packaging.
Our goal is for artists and brewers to draw creative inspiration from one another and further push the boundaries of their respective art forms. In the process, we are able to showcase some very talented artists and highlight the degree of artisanship that goes into crafting these unique ales. Each Brush and Barrel release will include a neck hanger that provides a description of the beer and a bio of the featured artist. Additionally, a limited number of signed (by both artist and brewmaster) posters will be included inside custom Brush and Barrel presentation tubes. Custom glassware that highlights the aromas and colors of these artisanal brews will also be available.
From the Brewer – “Long Trail Imperial Pumpkin Ale is the first offering in Long Trail’s new Brush and Barrel Series. This limited release seasonal treat is small batch brewed with pumpkins, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, with increased malts and a touch of bitterness for the perfect balance.”
