Cheese: Fruity, mild, and buttery cheeses (Brie, Gouda, Havarti, Swiss)
Entrée: Smoked or roasted meats, pork, chicken, or fish, lamb, game birds, sausages, ham, meatloaf. Serve with cream based sauces (Alfredo/Carbonara)
