Caulier Blonde

From the Brewer – “With its golden color, slightly cloudy, this strong beer seduces you immediately by the richness of its fragrances: a marriage of esters, delicate perfume of spice, citrus and aromatic hops.

As for its flavor, from the onset it’s the aromatic hops that address you taste buds followed by a complex array of flavors linked to the fermentation by our unique yeast, that gets enveloped by the richness and the mellowness of the spices.

A pleasant aftertaste takes place softly, leaving in impression of freshness in the mouth, resulting from the natural carbonation and the absence of sugar.”

This beer is very refreshing as an aperitif, and at the table it can confidently replace white wines and improve the flavor of the majority of dishes, most notably salads, raw vegetables, white meats, fish and seafood.
